他ta總zong結jie到dao雖sui然ran使shi用yong局ju部bu抗kang生sheng素su治zhi療liao時shi骨gu融rong合he較jiao慢man,但dan其qi優you勢shi明ming顯xian,局ju部bu濃nong度du高gao,全quan身shen濃nong度du低di,抗kang生sheng素su可ke得de到dao完wan全quan溶rong解jie,治zhi療liao效xiao果guo相xiang比bi其qi他ta療liao法fa更geng佳jia。
隨sui著zhe許xu多duo術shu前qian規gui劃hua軟ruan件jian不bu斷duan開kai發fa,未wei來lai手shou術shu室shi將jiang會hui配pei備bei更geng先xian進jin的de設she備bei,在zai脊ji柱zhu外wai科ke手shou術shu中zhong使shi用yong機ji器qi人ren、導航、內鏡、AI、虛擬現實等技術將會成為標準。
The 5th International Orthopaedics Forum of Cross-Strait Medical Health Exchange Association &Fujian Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Advancement Forum & Fujian Provincial MIS Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Forum was grandly held in Putian, Fujian Province from Nov 18 to 20, 2022.
Well-known domestic and overseas experts and scholars gathered online and offline to discuss the latest technological and clinical advances worldwide in the field of orthopedics.
Special thanks go to the host Prof. Lin Haibin for his warm invitation. Prof. Lin is a Full Professor in China, Doctoral Supervisor of Southern Medical University, the Chief of Orthopaedics of Cross-Strait Medical Health Exchange Association and the Chief of Fujian Provincial Spine Surgery Association.
Prof. Mayer, Founding Medical Director of Schön Klinik Munich Harlaching, Prof. Rauschmann, Head of Department of Spine and Reconstructive Orthopaedics Surgery, Sana Klinikum, Offenbach, and Dr. Schnake, Chief of Interdisciplinary Center for Spinal and Scoliosis Therapy, Malteser Waldkrankenhaus St. Marien, were invited to participate in the conference on Nov 19 as international special guests.
Prof. Mayer shared a lecture titled "Cervical Disc Arthroplasty - An Update 2022 ". He introduced some comparative studies of clinical efficacy of cTDR and ACDF for the treatment of cervical spine diseases. cTDR is a proven alternative for ACDF with the advantages of lower re-op rates, lower incidence of adjacent segment degeneration, etc, and with new implant designs, the risk of heterotopic ossifications can be decreased after cTDR as well.
Prof. Rauschmann then shared a lecture about local antibiotic therapy as treatment of spinal infections, where he shared that the treatment of severe infections of the spine should be timely and should follow the steps of detailed diagnosis, debridement, vacuum therapy, the changing of loose implants, and aggressive local and systemic antibiotic therapies. He concluded that although bone fusion is slower when local antibiotic therapy is used, it has an obvious advantage of local high concentration and systemic low concentration, which allows complete release of antibiotic substance so as to achieve better clinical outcomes compared to other therapies.
Dr. Schnake then shared a lecture titled "Modern technical trends in spinal surgery" by first showing a nice video of the modern operating room at Waldkrankenhaus. Dr. Schnake believes that the future of spine surgery will focus on technological innovations in operating room and for preoperative planning. With the development of various preoperative planning software, operating room of tomorrow will be equipped with more advanced equipment and the use of robotics, navigation, endoscopy, AI, virtual reality and other modern technologies in spine surgery will become the standard.
Prof. Lin Haibin also shared an academic lecture in which he introduced that their team has gone through a 20-year growth cycle in terms of the basic and clinical research on minimally invasive spine surgery, and they will continue to explore more precise and more minimally invasive surgical techniques with the support of robotics and microscopy.
During the discussion session, Prof. Mayer and Dr. Schnake highly praised Prof. Lin Haibin for his superb surgical skills, which have made spine surgery more minimally invasive, more precise and safer with robotics and microscopy, and sent their congratulations to his team for standing at the forefront of the development of spine surgery.
Prof. Lin Haibin expressed his sincere gratitude and hoped that he could have the opportunity to invite them to Putian, Fujian, for further academic exchanges in the future.
Prof. Lin haibin also expressed his thankfulness to all the domestic orthopaedic experts, including Prof. Zhang Yingze, Prof. Zhou Yue, Prof. Yang Huilin and Prof. Lv Guohua, for participating the conference online and sending their best wishes.
Prof. Lin Haibin has always kept in mind that doctors should stand in the view of patients when considering the technological development and should best leverage their skills to provide the greatest benefit to the patient. This is the virtual of a great physician who has the caring heart to the patient. We believe that with their contributions, the future of minimally invasive spine surgery will be better!
