在中國稱得上方方麵麵優秀的醫院其實是很少的，特別是各行政部門，他們大多各自為政，他們做任何事情首先想到的是我有什麼好處？這是一種非常不健康的心態。其實你所擁有的這份工作就是你最大的好處。這麼大的一份好處難道不值得你終生付出？在中國越大的城市越大的醫院越是井底之蛙、官(guan)僚(liao)成(cheng)性(xing)，他(ta)們(men)自(zi)我(wo)感(gan)覺(jiao)還(hai)特(te)別(別)良(liang)好(hao)，也(ye)沒(mei)人(ren)敢(gan)說(shuo)他(ta)們(men)不(bu)好(hao)，也(ye)沒(mei)人(ren)敢(gan)對(dui)他(ta)們(men)提(ti)意(yi)見(jian)，這(zhe)真(zhen)是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)醫(yi)療(liao)的(de)悲(bei)哀(ai)。最(zui)後(hou)與(yu)我(wo)們(men)合(he)作(zuo)的(de)醫(yi)院(yuan)和(he)醫(yi)生(sheng)都(dou)是(shi)我(wo)們(men)精(jing)挑(tiao)細(xi)選(xuan)的(de)。他(ta)們(men)認(ren)真(zhen)、負責、謙虛。他們才是未來中國醫院的希望。慕尼黑大學附屬醫院Stief院長告訴我們：“womendegongzuoshishizhongbaochimuniheidaxuefushuyiyuanzaiquanqiudeyingxiangli。womenshizhongbaochiyihurenyuanshikelianghaodegoutong。womenyaoyuezhumingyueqianxu。rangyiyuanyongyuanyoudingjirencaiyinlingyiyuan。”什麼是好醫院？這才是這個世界上真正的好醫院。這難道不值得我們每家醫院學習嗎？
In China, there are actually few hospitals that are excellent in all aspects, especially when it comes to the administration departments, most of whom act on their own free will and even work against each other. What is a “good hospital”? This is a real good hospital in the world. Isn't it worth learning by each hospital?
