這(zhe)個(ge)四(si)月(yue)我(wo)們(men)與(yu)江(jiang)門(men)市(shi)中(zhong)心(xin)醫(yi)院(yuan)脊(ji)柱(zhu)外(wai)科(ke)陳(chen)忠(zhong)羨(xian)主(zhu)任(ren)通(tong)電(dian)話(hua)，這(zhe)個(ge)月(yue)他(ta)們(men)科(ke)室(shi)開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)一(yi)台(tai)非(fei)常(chang)高(gao)難(nan)度(du)的(de)脊(ji)柱(zhu)腫(zhong)瘤(liu)手(shou)術(shu)，病(bing)人(ren)來(lai)自(zi)台(tai)山(shan)的(de)，術(shu)前(qian)團(tuan)隊(dui)也(ye)與(yu)世(shi)界(jie)脊(ji)柱(zhu)腫(zhong)瘤(liu)第(di)一(yi)人(ren)Boriani 教授討論了手術方案。陳主任科室的付兆宗博士正在傳說中的意大利裏佐利骨科研究所學習。Boriani 教授也認為這個病例超級困難，最終脊柱外科聯合胸外科和泌尿外科一起共同完成了這台高難度的脊柱腫瘤手術。2018年1月Boriani教授 在世界微創脊柱大師Mayer的推薦下來到了江門市中心醫院脊柱外科，至此陳忠羨主任就下定決心要發展脊柱腫瘤技術。今年5月30日陳主任將從廣州飛往米蘭前往博洛尼亞的裏佐利骨科研究所，他將向Boriani 教授的團隊學習脊柱腫瘤技術，江門市中心醫院脊柱外科是江門，珠海，中山地區唯一可以獨立開展脊柱腫瘤手術的科室。Boriani 教授因個人親自主刀了超過2000台(tai)脊(ji)柱(zhu)腫(zhong)瘤(liu)手(shou)術(shu)為(wei)此(ci)震(zhen)驚(jing)世(shi)界(jie)。他(ta)創(chuang)建(jian)了(le)裏(li)佐(zuo)利(li)骨(gu)科(ke)研(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)骨(gu)腫(zhong)瘤(liu)的(de)傳(chuan)奇(qi)故(gu)事(shi)，他(ta)被(bei)業(ye)界(jie)稱(cheng)為(wei)世(shi)界(jie)脊(ji)柱(zhu)腫(zhong)瘤(liu)第(di)一(yi)人(ren)。這(zhe)四(si)年(nian)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)江(jiang)門(men)市(shi)中(zhong)心(xin)醫(yi)院(yuan)脊(ji)柱(zhu)外(wai)科(ke)在(zai)陳(chen)忠(zhong)羨(xian)主(zhu)任(ren)的(de)帶(dai)領(ling)下(xia)由(you)每(mei)年(nian)800台脊柱手術增長到了2000台，每年可以獨立開展50台tai脊ji柱zhu腫zhong瘤liu手shou術shu。江jiang門men當dang地di百bai姓xing無wu需xu跋ba山shan涉she水shui到dao中zhong國guo一yi線xian城cheng市shi即ji可ke在zai當dang地di治zhi療liao這zhe種zhong複fu雜za而er罕han見jian的de疾ji病bing。這zhe就jiu是shi我wo們men多duo年nian來lai堅jian信xin要yao深shen耕geng基ji層ceng醫yi療liao的de信xin心xin所suo在zai。5月13日Boriani 教jiao授shou從cong博bo洛luo尼ni亞ya飛fei來lai廣guang州zhou，他ta將jiang在zai東dong莞guan市shi人ren民min醫yi院yuan骨gu三san科ke工gong作zuo一yi周zhou，然ran後hou飛fei赴fu鄭zheng州zhou，然ran後hou在zai鄭zheng州zhou市shi骨gu科ke醫yi院yuan脊ji柱zhu外wai科ke再zai工gong作zuo一yi周zhou。他ta將jiang在zai這zhe兩liang家jia醫yi院yuan開kai展zhan門men診zhen，查zha房fang，病bing曆li討tao論lun，手shou術shu指zhi導dao，手shou術shu實shi操cao，科ke室shi管guan理li培pei訓xun以yi及ji大da師shi公gong開kai課ke。Boriani 教(jiao)授(shou)也(ye)將(jiang)與(yu)中(zhong)國(guo)這(zhe)兩(liang)家(jia)醫(yi)院(yuan)分(fen)別(bie)成(cheng)立(li)中(zhong)歐(ou)骨(gu)腫(zhong)瘤(liu)交(jiao)流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)中(zhong)歐(ou)脊(ji)柱(zhu)腫(zhong)瘤(liu)交(jiao)流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)。這(zhe)是(shi)三(san)年(nian)疫(yi)情(qing)之(zhi)後(hou)首(shou)位(wei)到(dao)訪(fang)中(zhong)國(guo)三(san)甲(jia)醫(yi)院(yuan)的(de)世(shi)界(jie)級(ji)大(da)師(shi)。
This April, we had a phone call with Director Chen Zhongxian, the head of the Department of Spine Surgery of Jiangmen Central Hospital. He told us that this month their team performed a very complicated spinal tumor surgery for a patient from Taishan, and before the surgery they also consulted Prof. Boriani, a world-class master for spinal tumor, for his advice on surgical planning. Dr. Fu Zhaozong, a member from Director Chen’s team now is studying at the prestigious Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute in Italy as a fellow. Prof. Boriani also found the case very challenging, and eventually Director Chen’s team worked together with the Department of Thoracic Surgery and the Department of Urology to complete this difficult spinal tumor surgery. In January 2018, Prof. Boriani, recommended by Prof. Mayer, a world-class master for minimally invasive spine surgery, came to visit the Department of Spine Surgery of Jiangmen Central Hospital, and after that Director Chen made up his mind that their team should be committed to develop the techniques of spine tumor resections. On May 30, Director Chen will fly to Milan from Guangzhou, and then transfer to the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute in Bologna, where he will learn the techniques of spine tumor resections from Prof. Boriani and his team. The Department of Spine Surgery of Jiangmen Central Hospital is the only department in the region of Jiangmen, Zhuhai and Zhongshan that can offer medical care for spinal tumor patients independently. Prof. Boriani has collected more than 2,000 cases on this subject so far, which surprises the colleagues worldwide. He plays a big role in the great evolution in the treatment of bone oncology in the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute, and he is a master for spinal tumor recognized worldwide. Led by Director Chen, the annual surgical caseload in the Department of Spine Surgery of Jiangmen Central Hospital has increased from 800 to 2,000 in the last four years. Every year, around 50 surgeries for spinal tumor could be performed in this department. The local residents are no longer trekking into the hospitals in the first-tier cities to seek medical treatment for these complex and rare diseases, but could receive the treatment in local hospitals. This built our confidence to keep our faith over the years that we should be deeply involved in developing primary care. On May 13, Prof. Boriani will fly to Guangzhou from Bologna. As a visiting professor, he will first spend a week working in the Orthopaedics Department III at the Dongguan People's Hospital, and another week in the Departments of Spine Surgery at the Zhengzhou Orthopaedics Hospital. His activities in the two hospitals include outpatient consultation, ward round, case discussion, surgical guidance and practice, providing training on department management and giving public class for spinal tumor. The two hospitals will build up a Sino-Euro Communication Center for Bone Tumor and a Sino-Euro Communication Center for Spinal Tumor together with Prof. Boriani. After three years of COVID-19, Prof. Boriani will be the first world-class master to visit Grade III A hospitals in China.
