Only money spent on studying abroad gets you career mentors and life changers. Eventually, you’ll gain a valuable degree. It is your ticket into top academia. This is how you expand your vision, enhance your professional visibility, and shield your career for decades ahead. Only when you transform from an ordinary doctor to an excellent doctor, will you no longer need to please anyone. The core of business is mutual benefit. Only when you are valuable, the hospital management will come to you. Everyone will support you - even the Hospital President will try to win you over. The Hospital President also cares about reputation. They need capable people to work for them. They also need performance results. In China, how many doctors in a Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital have been a German MD degree holder in the past? There was none at all in the past. Whatever is rare holds value. So work hard: First, improve your proficiency in English. Second, promote your research capability and clinical expertise. Third, publish more papers.
