Over the past five years and four months, we've faced the pandemic, come through a long journey, and endured countless hardships. I've climbed one mountain after another and tackled one challenge after another. Last Friday, it had been showery snow all night. On February 17th, the team of four from Gloryren took a Hainan Airlines flight under the night sky in sapphire-blue and arrived in Berlin at 5:40 in the early morning. I brought with me an important notarial document, notarized on August 27, 2020 by Ms. Bünning, Presiding Judge of the Regional Court of Berlin, entrusted by the President of her court. The document was stamped by the German Federal Foreign Office, and the consular legalization was done by Mr. ZHOU Anping, a Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Federal Republic of Germany. To establishing a Sino-German joint venture, I was given a signed long-term Letter of Authorization from our German shareholder. We also opened a euro account in 2020 so as to make compliant remittances to European institutes. It acts as the moat of our company. During the past four years, Gloryren has interviewed 25 great doctors in the world. What kind of doctors can be considered excellent? First of all, they must have an upright personality with nobility and internal honor, which are valuable qualities, for doctors are the reflection of the conscience of a nation. Secondly, they must be very, very passionate for medical work, devoting themselves into clinical work, scientific research, and publishing papers. This should be their aspiration and ambition. Thirdly, they must be reliable. In today's society, people who can be considered as reliable account for less than 10%.Those doctors who are willing to have discussions, explain the procedures, and finish things with good results are reliable enough. Fourthly, they must be thankful. We have helped many doctors in spite of difficulties, and very few of them took our help for granted. They never respond to our WeChat messages afterwards. This kind of people can never be awoken, and will never interact with others, for they have not even learn about mutual respect. To become a doctor, you have to learn to become an upright person first. Lastly, as a doctor, you should be capable to rebound from a beating under any pressure. The most powerful ability for a doctor is to overcome any hardship in the world. Only if you cultivate these qualities in yourself, will you grow from a normal doctor into an excellent one, and even into a top one in the future.
